Alice Nokes’ first major role was in EastEnders as Courtney Mitchell, the daughter of Grant Mitchell, played by Ross Kemp. In 2016, she had taken over the role which was originally played by Megan Jossa. She has also had guest appearances in Casualty and Suspicion (2015).

In February 2018, it was announced that Alice Nokes would be portraying the role of Willa in season 8 of the HBO series Game of Thrones. She, along with Danielle Galligan and Emer McDaid, was the new cast for the eighth series.

Besides acting, Alice Nokes loves dance, including contemporary, jazz, tap, and ballet.
