Before Daniella Alonso began her career in acting, she worked as a fashion model. At the age of 15, she was discovered and signed by the Ford Modeling Agency. Soon, he began to book jobs for famous teen magazines, including Seventeen, YM, and Teen.

Her success as a teen model also led her to land jobs in commercials. Daniella Alonso has appeared in commercials for Clairol, Cover Girl, Clean and Clear, Kmart, Target, Footlocker, and Volkswagen, among others.
