Dylan Dreyer is an anchor, meteorologist, and News Correspondent by profession, and an American by nationality. She works for NBC News on Weekend Today, MSNBC on weekends, Today, The Weather Channel, and NBC Nightly News.

Dylan Dreyer was born on August 2, 1981, in Manalapan, New Jersey, USA. She was born as Dylan Marie Dreyer to father Jim Dreyer and mother Linda Dreyer. She is not the only child of her parents and has two siblings – brothers Mike Dreyer and James Dreyer.
Her grandmother, Doris Milke, was a record-setting winner of the game show The Price Is Right.

Dylan Dreyer married her longtime boyfriend Brian Fichera on October 6, 2012. Fichera is an in-studio technician, and the couple met while working at NBC’s former station, WHDH.
She and her husband welcomed their first child, son Calvin Bradley Fichera, on December 17, 2016. On July 17, 2019, Dylan Dreyer announced on Today that she is 3 months pregnant and is expecting her second child, also a boy, due in January 2020.
The baby will be a “rainbow baby” for the couple, following a miscarriage in early 2019. She was diagnosed with secondary infertility. The couple welcomed their second child, son Oliver George Fichera, in January 2020. Dreyer became a mother for a third time after giving birth to a son, Russell James, on September 29, 2021.

Soon after graduation, she began to work at WICU in Erie, Pennsylvania. During her early career, she moved around, searching for better opportunities. Dylan Dreyer also worked at WJAR in Providence, Rhode Island, and in 2007 joined WHDH in Boston, Massachusetts.
In September 2012, she was hired by NBC News. She currently covers for NBC News on Weekend Today and MSNBC on weekends. Dylan Dreyer also has frequent appearances on Today on weekdays as a weather correspondent, on The Weather Channel, and on NBC Nightly News.
Moreover, she hosts the NBC educational nature program Earth Odessey with Dylan Dreyer on The More You Know block.
