Kira Kosarin was born on October 7, 1997, in Morristown, New Jersey, USA. Her birth name/full name is Kira Nicole Kosarin. 

Both her parents are Broadway performers- father Danny Kosarin, a music director, conductor, and record producer, and mother Lauren Kosarin, also an actress. Her parents initially raised her in Boca Raton, Florida. Does Kira Kosarin have a brother? As of now, she has not revealed whether she has siblings or might be the only child of her parents.

For education, Kira Kosarin attended Pine Crest School and also learned ballet at the Boca Ballet Theatre. Born and brought up in a family of performers, she too grew up acting, dancing, and singing.

Early Career

When Kira Kosarin was still in her early teens, she attended an "acting on camera" workshop. The workshop influenced her she fell in love with it. So, in 2011, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

Kosarin‘s debut role was in an episode of the sitcom Shake It Up (2012), where she played the role of Raina Kumar. In 2013, she was cast as the lead character Phoebe Thunderman in Nickelodeon’s The Thundermans. She portrayed the character until 2018.
