Vladimir Furdik – Career
Early Career
Furdik started his career at the age of 15. At the beginning of Vladimir Furdik’s career, he was a member of the group Tostabur Espadrones. The members of the group practiced, performed, and celebrated traditional fighting skills and weaponry in different places, including Bratislava and throughout Czechoslovakia.
Furdik was also a member of another group called the Borseus group, which was led by Gustáv Kyselica, an influential Slovakian stunt performer. Kyselica had worked in the Kingdom of Heaven and Pearl Harbor and also mentored Furdik. In 1990, Furdik began to work in Hollywood as an actor and stuntman.

He landed his breakthrough role in the 1990's The Three Musketeers. During his career in acting, he has played roles in Hollywood movies and series gained him worldwide recognition.
He starred in Robin Hood (2010), Skyfall (2012), as Night King in Game of Thrones (seasons 6, 7, and 8), taking over Welsh actor Richard Brake.
He has also had minor appearances, mostly stuntman, in Tristan and Isolde (2006), Eragon (2006), War Horse (2011), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2010), Game of Shadows (2011), Prometheus (2012), The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016), Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014), Thor: The Dark World (2013), Dampyr (2022).
In the fifth season of Game of Thrones, Vladimir Furdik also performed as a stunt performer.
