Dak Prescott, Sarah Jane Ramos split one month before wedding

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, have announced their breakup. They were set to wed just a month away.

TMZ reported that the athlete and wine specialist called off their wedding following an intense argument during their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties.

At the celebration being held in the Bahamas for the couple, it was reported that Ramos was the one who decided to end the engagement.

Ramos seemed to have been enjoying the bachelorette party.

“I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much,” she had captioned a post with a series of pictures from the party.

Just weeks earlier, the 32-year-old had gushed about their upcoming Italian nuptials, sharing she “can’t wait to marry the love of my life.”

She has since deleted both posts from social media platforms.

A source close to the couple revealed that the exes will focus on co-parenting their daughters, Margaret, 2, and Aurora, 10 months.

Ramos and Prescott, also 32, were first romantically linked in September 2023. The pair was seen at one of the Cowboys players’ games against the New York Giants during football season.

They had welcomed their first child, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott, in February 2024.

In a 2024 interview with USA Today, the NFL star shared, “When you wake up in the morning, and you see that baby, you understand responsibilities. And everything that I’ve always wanted for myself, but you want that for somebody else even more.”

They were engaged in October 2024 after he popped the question.

Prescott had shared the exciting news at the time, “I’m super excited. I’ve known it for a while. … I got the ring a few months ago. She had no idea. She’s a big golfer, thought we were going golfing. I told her that we had a lifetime to golf.”

“I had the ring in a fake golf ball. I dropped it. She almost hit it. I’m just glad she said yeah. Super, super blessed and happy. Thankful for this family I’ve started,” he added.

The now-former couple became parents for the second child in May 2025, after they welcomed daughter Aurora Rayne Prescott.
